One quick note about FEMA.
Unless you are a business owner, or someone who is fairly wealthy, with valuable properties and good insurance, STEER CLEAR of FEMA.
Or if you are employed as a sinecure, and have ALL your time to devote to navigating the beaurocracy,
Forget it.
Not worth you time.

One local girl and her husband got a free house out of the deal. But only because she worked for Daddy at the state hospital and had 40hrs a week with internet and phones all payed by the state.
Of course they have sold the house and moved since then.
In the case of Greensburg there will not be many chances for abuse of the system because EVERYTHING is gone, but in Parsons I could tell you of case after case where people misused the system. And other people's kindness.
